- PV Panels are installed on your roof or parking canopies
- Sunlight is converted to electricity and is sent directly to your building
- The generated electricity offsets (or entirely replaces) the amount of electricity you would otherwise purchase from your utility provider
- Grid-Tied: no batteries or storage required
- Virtually maintenance free and most systems come with a 20+ year warranty

Yes, you will still need to purchase electricity. In most cases, the system will not be large enough to produce enough electricity to handle all of your power needs. The system is grid-tied, meaning the electricity produced while the sun is shining flows between your building and your utility provider, depending on your facility's demands. The electricity produced will help offset the amount of power you will need to purchase from your utility company at that given moment. However, if the system does produce more electricity than needed at anytime, your utility company is required to buy the electricity back from you. Batteries may be used to store power for nighttime use but are usually only used for off-grid systems-which are rarely applicable for commercial buildings.

The solar PV systems today are virually maintenance free and most brands come with a 20 year warranty (or longer). In addition, the system is completely silent and will not disrupt your business. We specialize in solar solutions that do not penetrate your roof, and some systems in fact may extend the life of your roof.
